Founded in
1977, the LifePlan Employee Assistance
Program is backed with over 30 years of industry
experience. LifePlan began it's genesis as a division of the
Park Center, Inc., (Fort Wayne Indiana's leading
mental health center). It was LifePlan
which became the first organization in this area to offer EAP
benefits on a contractual basis to area companies.
LifePlan
provides high quality short-term counseling and
consultation, employee and management training,
information and referral services for managers, employees, and
family members alike, great customer support, and affordable, cost
effective pricing.
LifePlan
currently provides benefits to 30
companies which contract for EAP services. The total
population base of employees and family members covered by the
LifePlan benefit is about 60,000 lives. Businesses which have
contracted with LifePlan for EAP services range in size from 50
employees to over 4000.
LifePlan's EAP
staff are an experienced group of qualified professionals who have
held clinical positions in mental health and substance abuse
treatment and hold master's degrees and/or clinical certifications
in alcohol and drug counseling, social work, counseling psychology,
employee assistance consulting and organizational
development.
