Our EAP services are
designed to enable employees and family members to obtain
necessary personal assistance before problems
escalate--thereby saving employers from the drain on
productivity. LifePlan provides
assistance in a quiet confidential environment. Services are
prepaid by the employer and no personal information is ever released
to employers--thereby ensuring that employees take control of their
own problems without fear of retribution. Employers are
periodically given statistical analyses of the utilization of their
company's EAP services. As well, employers use EAP services
for consultation regarding troubled employees, training needs,
Health Fairs, and improved workplace ideas. The
LifePlan EAP strives to become an
integral part of each workplace culture as consultants maintain
onsite visibility as needed.

EAP
Can Help
Your Employee Assistance Program
is a counseling service provided by LifePlan. As an employee of a
contracted organization, EAP is a benefit offered to employees and
their family members that is paid for by the
employer.
Your Employer Wants to Lend a Helping
Hand
Organizations understand that
everyone experiences some type of problem, loss, grief, or
depression at various times in life.
Employers also recognize that
these experiences may affect an employee’s ability to do their job
or relate to family and friends. An EAP counselor can help the
employee sort out their feelings and come to terms with ways to
resolve their personal or work-related problems.
Complete Confidentiality
Guaranteed
The counseling process offered
by LifePlan provides complete confidentiality. It is also voluntary.
Only the employee will know if
they choose to take advantage of the program. Any information given
to the employer or any individual will be done only with the
employee’s written approval.
Counseling Is Free For You and Your
Family
Counseling sessions through
LifePlan EAP are free for employees and those in their household. If
an employee needs long-term psychological counseling, drug
rehabilitation, or other types of services not provided by EAP, they
may need to assume the financial responsibility. However, many of
these services are covered by health insurance or other benefit
programs.
